I. Service Commitment
For products sold by "Global", we provide a 7-day return guarantee (excluding certain products or items picked up in person at Global or mobile marketplaces after having viewed the actual product. Please refer to the specific terms for each product).
Due to the unique nature of luxury products on our site, most items are one-of-a-kind and thus exchanges are currently not supported.
II. General Return Policy
1. Return Instructions:
A return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be unused and maintained in its original condition.
All accompanying accessories and documentation (e.g., product labels, packaging, hang tags, warranty cards, manuals, invoices, gifts, accessories, certificates of authenticity, etc.) must be intact.
Watches, gold items, jewelry, fixed-price items, and products marked with “No return or exchange without quality issues” are non-returnable unless defective.
For bundled or combo products, partial returns are not accepted.
Auction items cannot be returned once sold unless they are defective.
For products under Global Shopping, please refer to the return policies of the respective overseas sites.
2. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Security hang tags are deformed, damaged, or broken and differ from the original state at dispatch.
Missing any product identification, packaging, tags, warranty cards, manuals, invoices, gifts, accessories, etc.
Quality issues caused by improper use or storage.
Products that have been used, washed, contaminated, or damaged.
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, collisions, negligence, abuse, liquid intrusion, accidents, modifications, or incorrect installation; or tampering with labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeit marks.
Wear and tear due to use.
Products that are past the warranty period.
3. Friendly Reminders:
If the order status shows “Shipped” or “Delivered”, you may apply for return through self-service.
If no after-sales request is made within 7 days, the order will automatically be marked as completed, and returns will no longer be accepted.
If the return package is not received within two weeks from the date of the return request, the request will be automatically canceled, and the order marked as completed.
If items are returned without customer service approval, the website will not be responsible for storage, reshipping, or refunds, and reserves the right to dispose of the package.
Product images and information are for reference only and do not constitute quality issues. Due to lighting and display differences, actual products may vary in color. The actual product shall prevail.
Return shipping costs due to customer reasons shall be borne by the customer. If the return is due to product quality and passes inspection, you may call customer service to apply for a shipping fee reimbursement.
To protect consumer interests, certain high-value items are marked with a "Global Tag" (a sticker with the Global logo). Please inspect the item upon receipt and only remove the tag if there are no issues. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Does not apply to special items. Special items include: cosmetics, intimate apparel, jewelry, watches, gold items, promotional gifts, etc. These are not returnable unless defective.
Gifts cannot be returned separately.
III. Return Policy Details
Watches
1. Return Instructions:
If a quality issue arises with the product (e.g., movement malfunction affecting usage), and such issue is verified within 7 days from the date of receipt, we will provide either return or repair services.
Watches are considered high-end, special items. Therefore, returns for non-quality-related issues are not accepted once purchased.
Warranty cards must not be altered. Any unauthorized modification will void warranty eligibility and invalidate return requests.
If there is a cosmetic issue within 24 hours of receiving the product (not covered under the national “Three Guarantees” policy), such as damage to the case, dial, hands, crown, crystal, or strap stains, a return may be offered. For issues reported after 24 hours, we will provide standard after-sales service procedures.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions:
Non-quality-related issues.
Damage caused by improper use or poor storage.
Any damage to the watch or its components caused by abuse, negligence, accidents (impact, crushing, breakage), improper use, or failure to follow brand instructions.
Security tags that are deformed, damaged, or broken compared to their original condition.
Missing packaging, tags, warranty cards, manuals, invoices, gifts, or accessories.
Product has been worn, stained, damaged, or shows signs of wear.
Cosmetic issues such as scratches on case, dial, hands, crown, crystal, and strap are not considered quality issues.
Battery life is not considered a quality issue.
Watches with adjusted straps are not eligible for return.
Bags
For return instructions regarding bags, please refer to the General Return Policy.
Note:
Product images may differ slightly from actual items due to lighting and display differences. The actual product shall prevail.
Jewelry, Gold & Precious Metals
1. Return Instructions:
These items are considered special merchandise and cannot be returned once sold, except under the following circumstances:
The content of gold, platinum, palladium, or K-gold in the product is below the labeled standard on the invoice or product tag (tolerance: +0.01g ~ -0.01g).
The product grade does not match the description on the invoice or tag.
Product is confirmed to be non-compliant by an authorized testing agency recognized by the Municipal Gold Association.
Some high-end jewelry comes with a certificate issued by the National Gemstone Testing Center. If you have doubts, you may seek a re-evaluation from the same issuing agency. A discrepancy confirmed in testing will be honored for return.
Limited edition or rare items may be ineligible for replacement but can be returned under qualifying conditions.
Please understand that product images may vary slightly from actual items due to lighting and display settings. This is not considered a quality issue.
When returning jewelry, use a plastic bag to wrap the original brand packaging. Do not affix any labels or glue directly on the original brand packaging box. Damage to the packaging may affect resale and invalidate the return request.
2. Notes:
Products showing discoloration, spots, contamination, breakage, deformation, cracks, loosened stones, or scratches due to use will not be accepted for return.
Gold, diamonds, 18K gold, platinum, and rose gold items are not returnable unless a quality issue is verified.
If an item is returned without prior approval from Global, any associated risks (damage, loss, theft) are the responsibility of the customer.
Global will not provide storage, re-shipping, or refund services.
Acceptance of a parcel by Global does not imply obligation, and Global reserves the right to dispose of such items.
Apparel
1. Return Policy:
For safety and hygiene reasons, intimate apparel such as underwear, socks, and swimwear are non-returnable once sold, except when a quality issue is confirmed by an authorized testing institution.
Items damaged due to personal reasons (e.g., self-alteration of size, washing, leather conditioning, embroidery, extended wear, etc.) are not eligible for return.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product tags, packaging, or accessories (e.g., spare buttons) are missing or damaged.
Items showing signs of wear or improper handling (e.g., creased uppers, worn soles, oxidized or discolored hardware, missing embellishments) will not be accepted for return.
2. Important Notes:
Due to lighting during photography and different display settings, there may be slight color differences between the product images and the actual items. Such discrepancies are not considered quality issues.
If you experience an allergic reaction and wish to return the item, a medical certificate is required.
Please ensure all product accessories and documents are intact (e.g., product labels, original packaging, hangtags, warranty cards, manuals, invoices, gifts, accessories, and certificates). Returns will not be processed if any components are missing or the packaging is damaged—even within the return period.
Beauty & Personal Care
1. Return Policy:
If an allergic reaction or other discomfort occurs during use, a return request may be submitted. However, a medical certificate issued by a hospital must be provided, and the product along with all related items must be returned to our company (or the seller) for return or exchange.
For returns due to reasons other than allergic reactions, the product must be unopened and in resellable condition to be eligible for return assistance.
If you suspect a quality issue during use, a written evaluation must be submitted. We will process the case in accordance with national laws.
2. Important Notes:
To avoid allergic reactions, please perform a patch test on a small area of skin before using cosmetic products. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention.
Products damaged due to personal reasons (e.g., self-alteration, washing, oiling leather, embroidery, prolonged use) are not eligible for return.
Products with anti-counterfeit codes cannot be returned once the code has been scratched off.
Color differences between product images and actual items due to lighting or display settings are not considered quality issues.
Beauty and personal care products are not offered with trial services. Once opened, products are not eligible for return unless a quality issue is confirmed.
Home & Living
Includes: smoking accessories, writing tools, tea sets, wine sets, kitchenware, tableware, business supplies, home décor, and daily essentials.
1. Return Policy:
Food products cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Items damaged due to personal reasons are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted if packaging is damaged or if any tags, invoices, accessories, manuals, or warranty cards are missing.
Large, fragile, or hard-to-transport items cannot be returned without quality issues.
Adult products, medical devices, and first-aid supplies are not eligible for unconditional return within 7 days unless defective.
2. Notes:
Color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered quality issues.
Used items that affect resale are not eligible for return.
Maternity, Baby & Toys
1. Return Policy:
Maternity and baby products are classified as special items and cannot be returned once signed for, unless the product is officially confirmed to have quality issues by national food safety inspection authorities.
Toy products are not eligible for return unless they have quality issues.
Products damaged due to personal reasons are not eligible for return.
Infant formula (milk powder) cannot be returned unless a quality issue is confirmed.
2. Important Notes:
Items such as baby food, infant products, and intimate apparel are not eligible for the 7-day unconditional return policy.
To ensure food safety, please carefully inspect food items and check their expiration dates upon receipt. Once signed for, food products cannot be returned unless officially deemed defective by national food safety inspection authorities.
Products with anti-counterfeit labels cannot be returned if the code has been scratched off.
For infant formula, please open the package and inspect it in the presence of the courier. If any damage or defect is found, contact customer service immediately while the courier is present. If you fail to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, any related issues will not be eligible for return.
Digital Products
Digital products include 3C electronics and high-end mobile devices sold on the Global site.
1. Return Policy:
Products with unsealed packaging that affects secondary sales are not eligible for unconditional returns.
Returns will not be accepted if product labels, serial numbers, anti-counterfeit tags, invoices, or warranty certificates are torn or altered, or if the serial/model numbers do not match the actual product.
Products with quality issues caused by unauthorized negligence, misuse, abuse, disassembly, collision, water damage, accidents, modification, incorrect installation, or improper storage are not eligible for return.
Products that have been disassembled or repaired by service providers not authorized by the manufacturer are not eligible for return.
Mobile phones and digital products that include activation or authorization information (including but not limited to serial number (SN), activation code, CDKEY, etc.) cannot be returned unconditionally once activated or authorized.
Products with anti-counterfeit codes cannot be returned once the code is scratched off.
2. Important Notes:
We recommend keeping the original packaging for 7 days after receiving the product to avoid affecting your return eligibility.
For mobile phones and digital products with software-related issues, please visit the designated or authorized service center for a software update instead of returning the product.
For storage products, we do not offer data export services. Please ensure that you back up all data before repair. We are not responsible for any data loss or damage.
If the product has quality issues, please contact the manufacturer’s service center to obtain an official inspection report (repair verification document). Keep the product, all accessories, user manual, invoice, warranty card, proof of purchase, and packaging together and wait for us to arrange the return.

Lifestyle Services
Lifestyle service products include lifestyle services, sports/outdoor items, lighters, electronic cigarettes, and other consumables.
1. Return Policy:
Lifestyle service products such as artwork, alcoholic beverages, travel, hotels, real estate, aircraft, yachts, etc., are considered auctioned or customized items and are non-returnable once sold.
Consumables such as lighters and electronic cigarettes are not eligible for return once unsealed or used.
Non-quality-related returns are not accepted for golf equipment and similar products.
2. Important Notes:
Due to differences in lighting and display settings, product images may vary slightly from the actual product. Such differences do not constitute a quality issue.
For outdoor products such as binoculars, if quality issues arise, please contact the manufacturer’s service center for inspection and obtain a testing report (repair documentation). Keep the product, accessories, user manual, invoice, warranty card, proof of purchase, and original packaging intact and wait for us to arrange the return process.
Luxury Automotive Products
1. Return Policy:
Products that have been unsealed and affect resale are not eligible for return.
Automotive maintenance products, consumables, and in-car accessories are not returnable once unsealed. This includes items such as car wax, protective film, cleaning agents, cleaning wipes, car air purifiers, automotive oils, etc.
Oversized, fragile, or easily damaged items that are difficult to transport (e.g., car tires, bicycles, electric smart vehicles) are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
2. Important Notes:
For storage-related products, we do not provide data export services. Please ensure that all data is backed up before returning the product. We are not responsible for any data loss or damage.
If the product has quality issues, please contact the manufacturer’s after-sales service department using the contact details provided in the manual. Request an official inspection report and return it along with the product, accessories, user manual, invoice, warranty card, proof of purchase, and packaging to us (or the merchant) for processing.
