Refund Methods and Timeframe

I. Refund Policy

  1. Refund Methods
    To ensure timely processing, we only support refunds to account balance and original payment method refunds. If a refund cannot be completed on the same day, it will be issued to your account balance.

Situations where same-day refunds may not be possible include:

  • Refund amount exceeds the limit set by China Merchants Bank (CMB).

  • Refunds to non-CMB bank cards require contacting the customer for account details.

  • For orders with online deposit payments, deposits and remaining balances must be refunded separately.

  1. Undelivered Orders via Standard Shipping
    If the order was not signed for or delivery failed, once the item is returned to our warehouse and passes inspection, we will proceed with the refund.

  2. Returns
    For return requests submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods, once approved and after the item is returned and inspected, we will process your refund.

  3. Multiple Payment Methods
    If multiple payment methods were used, the refund will be distributed proportionally according to the amount paid by each method.

  4. Refunds to Account Balance
    Refunds issued to your account balance can be used for future purchases or withdrawn upon request.


Friendly Reminders:

  1. If a coupon was used for the order, it will not be reissued upon cancellation or return.

  2. If store-issued vouchers were used and the order is canceled, undelivered, unsigned, or partially out of stock, the vouchers will not be reissued.

  3. To check your refund status, go to "My Account" > "Account Balance".

  4. If the reason for the return is not due to Global Mall, the buyer will bear any return shipping and refund handling fees.


II. Refund Confirmation Notification

Once your refund request is submitted and approved, Global Mall will notify you via SMS. Please check your account based on the expected refund processing time.

Special Notes:

  1. Refunds to international bank cards (especially from outside the U.S.) may take longer depending on the issuing bank’s processing times.

  2. Credit card refunds may appear on your statement within 7–15 business days, especially for "card not present" transactions.

  3. For security purposes, if you request a manual refund to a specific bank account, you must contact Amazon Customer Service in advance. The refund recipient’s name must match the name on the original order.
