Bank Transfer (SEPA) Instructions & Payment Policy

Important Notice:
If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please contact our Customer Support as soon as the transfer is made. Kindly provide the following information:

  • Transfer amount

  • Sending bank

  • Transfer date and time

  • Your order number

To ensure timely processing, orders with “bank transfer” as the payment method will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 6 hours of order placement.


SEPA Bank Transfer Overview (for EU/EEA Customers)

Bank transfers via the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) network are a fast and secure method of payment across Europe. Typically, SEPA transfers are completed within 1–2 business days, and in many cases, same-day processing is available.

Customers may transfer funds through:

  • Online banking portals (highly recommended)

  • Mobile banking apps

  • In-person at your local bank branch


Payment Timeline

  • Same-bank or SEPA instant transfers: Usually processed within hours

  • Inter-bank standard SEPA transfers: Typically completed within 1–2 business days

  • SWIFT/Non-SEPA international transfers: May take 2–5 business days, additional fees may apply

If payment is not confirmed within the given time frame, your order will be canceled automatically by the system.

Bank transfers are accepted from all SEPA-compliant countries, including but not limited to:

  • Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Luxembourg, Finland, Greece, and other EU/EEA countries.

Account details (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code) will be provided at checkout or upon request from customer service.

  1. After completing the bank transfer, please email or call our customer service team to confirm your transaction.

  2. Please ensure your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC codes are correctly entered to avoid delays.

  3. Include your order number in the transfer reference/message field.

  4. Bank transfers must be made in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

  5. Bank fees or currency conversion costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the sender.
