I. Inspection and Receipt Instructions:

  1. The product must be signed for by the recipient in person.

  2. Due to the special nature of products sold on this website, you are required to sign for the package before opening it for inspection when it is delivered by courier.

  3. When the courier delivers the package, please check whether the outer packaging is damaged. If it is damaged, do not open the package and contact Global Customer Service immediately.

  4. If the outer packaging is intact, the courier will assist you in opening the package for inspection. (Please open the package carefully to avoid damaging the product inside with sharp objects.)

  5. If, after opening the package, you find any issues such as damaged packaging, wrong item, missing items, or visible product quality defects that affect use, please still sign for the delivery and contact Global Customer Service immediately. Provide photos of the product to initiate a return. On-the-spot returns are not supported.

  6. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment must be made before inspection.

  7. According to relevant laws and regulations, we reserve the right to decline any after-sales requests arising from a failure to inspect the goods at the time of delivery.


II. Inspection Checklist:

Includes the product and its accessories, product quantity, packing list, invoice (if provided), and warranty documents (if provided).
