Review Guidelines

1. You can only leave reviews for orders placed within the past 180 days. Reviews cannot be submitted for orders older than 180 days.
   
   

2. Reviews related to returned or exchanged items will be deleted. If no review was submitted before the return/exchange, you will not be able to leave one afterward.
   
   

3. We encourage original and valuable reviews. Plagiarism, meaningless content, or content that violates laws and regulations is strictly prohibited.
   
   

4. After submission, all review texts and images will undergo moderation. Only approved content will be displayed. Reviews may be rejected for the following reasons:
   
   

• The review text is unrelated to the product and contains offensive language.
  
  

• The review image or text does not match the purchased product.
  
  

• The review image is a screenshot of the product page.
  
  

• The image contains unrelated content or illegal/inappropriate material such as pornography or obscene content.
  
  

• The image includes someone else’s photo without their consent, or has been edited and reposted without permission.
  
  

• The image was reported for copyright infringement or confirmed through legal action to be stolen.
  
  

• The image includes sensitive keywords (e.g., names of political leaders or obscene terms).
  
  

• The image shows chat records with Global Mall customer service.
  
  

• The image includes adult products without censoring sensitive areas.
  
  

5. To protect your privacy, we recommend choosing anonymous reviews. Your username will not be displayed. If you do not choose anonymity, we will still mask sensitive information (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses).
