I. Shipping Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) customers, a 2% product insurance fee will be charged. Please refer to the Delivery Coverage and Time section for detailed information.
For in-store pickup, a 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 80% balance should be paid upon collection. For more details, please refer to the Delivery Coverage and Time section.
For international product deliveries, please refer to the respective shopping guidelines on each overseas site.
II. Other Important Notes
1. Regarding Shipping Information
Please fill in the recipient's name in Chinese characters. If a non-Chinese name is used, it must exactly match the name on the ID or passport to ensure successful delivery.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delivery delays due to incomplete information.
Global Mall will not be held responsible for undeliverable or lost packages due to incorrect recipient information.
2. Regarding Shipping and Dispatch
After verifying your order details—including product information, shipping address, and payment status—Global Mall will confirm the order and proceed with the shipment as soon as possible.
Shipping Time: The estimated dispatch time is shown on the product detail page when you place your order and is for your reference.
Once the package is shipped, we will send you a text message with the order number, courier company name, and tracking number. Please keep this message for reference upon delivery.
After dispatch, you can track your package via the "Logistics Tracking" function under Order Information in your account.
