Payment & Charges

1. Maximum COD Amount per Order

  • The maximum amount eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) is typically €2,500 – €3,000, depending on the courier and country.

  • For orders exceeding the COD limit, customers will be required to prepay the remaining balance using one of the accepted online payment methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, PayPal).

2. Delivery & Payment Methods

  • Our standard delivery partner is FedEx Europe.

  • For eligible COD shipments, we support:

    • Cash payment upon delivery

    • POS terminal card payment (Visa / MasterCard / Maestro – depending on courier availability)

  • Alternative courier options such as DHL, DPD, UPS, and GLS may be used based on your shipping address to ensure the fastest delivery.

3. Important Notes on COD:

  • COD service is only available in selected cities and countries. Availability may vary based on the courier’s local policy.

  • If the selected courier does not support card payment, please ensure to prepare the exact cash amount.

  • For larger or customized orders, prepayment may be required, and COD may not be supported.

  • If COD is selected but delivery is refused without reason, future COD privileges may be temporarily suspended for your account.

4. Additional Charges

  • A COD service fee may apply based on the courier and destination country.

  • These charges will be clearly stated during checkout before final confirmation.

Amazon Fulfilled Orders – Europe Region

  • If your order is fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) within Europe:

    • COD may only be available for selected items and local Amazon marketplaces (e.g., Amazon.de, Amazon.it).

    • Payment at delivery is handled directly by Amazon’s logistics or its third-party partners, following each country’s local COD policy.
