1. Return Procedure Chart

GlobalMall offers online return request services. Simply go to your account center under “My Returns & Exchanges” to submit your return request through the self-service system.


2. Return Scope & Timeline

Note: All returned items will be subject to inspection. A full refund will be issued once our inspectors confirm the item is undamaged.


3. Return Shipping Address

Please contact customer service to obtain the nearest return address based on your location.


Important Reminders:

  1. If you return an item without prior approval from customer service, the platform is not responsible for storage, reshipment, or refund. GlobalMall reserves the right to dispose of any such items at its discretion.

  2. If the return is due to a fault on GlobalMall’s part, the return shipping fee will be covered by us. Please contact customer service for reimbursement after the item is returned. Note: Insurance fees are not included.

  3. Some products are supplied by third-party merchants contracted with GlobalMall. For these items, the return address may differ and will be provided by the seller.


4. Important Notes When Returning Items

  1. Please include your full name, shipping address, order number, product name, model, and the reason for return or exchange in your return package. Incomplete information may result in delays or failure in processing your return.

  2. If the item requires an inspection report, please include the official inspection document.

  3. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item; otherwise, your request may not be accepted.

  4. Returns for third-party sellers will be handled by the respective merchant. Please send the product directly to the seller’s return address.

  5. Due to the unique nature of many luxury goods on our platform, most items are single-quantity only. Therefore, we do not currently offer product exchanges.
